Consumer Complaint: I enrolled in National Budget Planners of South Florida debt consolidation program ( aka : XXXX ) a couple of years ago and paid {$300.00} to get started in this program. I paid {$59.00} dollars per month for approximately 2 years, thinking that their service was helping me consolidate my loans into XXXX payment of {$59.00} dollars per month. But I found out later that they were taking my money and not doing anything to help me consolidate my loans. This got my loans into a deliquency status. Also, I am a vulnerable adult with XXXX and XXXX. I feel like they took advantage of me and that my loans went into deliquency because of this. Also, my recent credit report shows that I lived at their company address in XXXX, XXXX, which is incorrect, as I live in XXXX, XXXX and never lived in XXXX, XXXX.
