On XXXX XXXX , 2017, I was informed that there were additional fees associated with the private loan as this loan accumulates at 4.5 %. On XXXX XXXX , 2017, I sent out a payment in the amount of XXXX to be received on or before XXXX XXXX , 2017 t hrough overnight delivery with XXXX . I also informed company that I will only be paying the amount owing stemming from the written notification received on XXXX XXXX , 2017. Ne w statement received indicates balance owing to be XXXX . I have contacted company and have left a message with Manager handling my collection account.
