Consumer Complaint: Debt was told t o NCB Management , I settled with them, they are reporting on my credit report as a collection account event though they do not have a contract with me. I have asked them to remove it from my credit report, I agreed to pay the settled amount. I have no obligation to NCB there is no contract. XXXX wrote this off and sold the debt. but NCB was constantly calling me at home and at work and I did n’t know my rights and agreed upon a settlement because I was trying to get my credit back on track after getting behind due to some medical bills and did n’t want them to keep calling my place of employment. This debt settlement will be paid in full in XXXX .
