Consumer Complaint: I have previously contacted the CFPB about repeated harassing t elephone calls from Navient. They have responded to my request to stop their calls through the CFPB. Navient responded on XXXX /17 with the following response. ” We do not have an account for you that we are able to locate, nor any record of your phone number in our system or calls to the number provided in your CFPB response. We have added your number to our do not call list. ” Navient continues to call my telephone number. Navient makes illegal harassing calls, and makes false statements to me, and the CFPB. Can any other federal agency address this issue. I can not be the only victim of Navient ‘s ill egal behavior.
