Consumer Complaint: I received a letter fro m Fay Servicing with a foreclosure filing 2 days before the foreclosure case was granted and closed and the foreclosure was filed by a different mortgage company. Prior to the day of me receiving the letter I had not been contacted by or even heard of Fay Servicing. XXXX XXXX , 2017 a letter was left at my residence on the door sweep, from someone from Fays Servicing, not via a delivery service such as US mail or anyone from a legal affiliate. Fay Servicing has reported a {$60000.00} balance for a mortgage on my credit report showing 90 days past due and has caused my credit score to severely decrease. The property that was into foreclosure balance was not even close to {$60000.00}. Please investigate this company for they have committed fraudulent activity.
