Consumer Complaint: This is not a debt collection issue, I chose this category as there was no option for this serious concern.
I ‘m a XXXX XXXX XXXX who represented the buyer for a foreclosed property, the offer was accepted back on XXXX 2017, the closing was to take place on XXXX /2017. As of today XXXX /2017 the transaction has not closed due to the lack of urgency by the sellers, the financial institutions involved, regarding a required document for the closing. Myself and the buyers attorney have made numerous inquiries, have received empty promises for action and as noted my buyer has now been waiting for nearly 6 months to close with no real or definite close date offered. The primary financial institution involved is Ocwen, I attempted to contact them on numerous occasion via phone but I found it impoosible to reach a live person Below is latest email indicating that latest promise of a XXXX close date will now possibly occur in late XXXX .

” Hi XXXX , response received : so the review for them to do it has passed and now they are waiting on the document. It has taken Ocwen the time frame up front to know if they would sign it, and now they have the approval and we wait.
Not sure if your buyers want to wait until this date below to have the document received to record and or if they record when done, I wont know until either happens.
Sorry, wish I had more than this, but this was response received.
Please advise, Hi XXXX , Unfortunately nothing at all yet. Theres a note by Ocwen that the estimated return date for the executed AOM by XXXX is XX/XX/XXXX , so at best were still a few weeks out.
