On XXXX2017, all debts prior to XXXX/17 to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were included in Chapter XXXX bankruptcy, case number XXXX, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

I trust that you will update your records to show that this debt has been included in bankruptcy. I also trust you will notify all credit bureaus that this debt was included in bankruptcy, if applicable.

Enclosed are a copy of my Notice of Bankruptcy Filing and 341 Meeting Notification. For further information, including the accounts listed in my creditor matrix/schedule of creditors please contact the court directly or view in PACER.

As you know, any attempt to collect on a debt that is under automatic stay is in violation of both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Bankruptcy Protection Law.
