Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I received a letter from National Credit System , Inc stating that the account with a balance of {$1300.00} is owed by me, I know of no such account and I owe no such amount. I ‘ve tried to disputed the account with the collection agency to rectify this issue and they are still reporting this ridiculous information and damaging my credit on all 3 credit bureau. Apparently this is some sort of leasing agreement which I have no knowledge of or ever resided at. Along with that they sent me documents with a signature that is clearly not mine. This is not my dept and I will not be compelled and I refuse to send them any documents or identification.
