Consumer Complaint: I spoke with this company MULTIPLE times where I was dealing with XXXX Directly. XXXX has informed me multiple times that we are handling this together. And this company keeps calling me and telling me I need to pay them. And they give all information over the phone, they even told my sister my social security number over the phone. REALLY!?!? That is not professional, what if she didnt even know me. They have NO BUSINESS putting this on my credit report as I am not doing business with them NOR do I owe them ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
