Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I contacted the Premier Student Loan Center as a way to help consolidate my loans and possibly forgive a portion of my loans. I spoke with someone who was a representative of the company. He told me that my loans could be reduced from XXXX to XXXX if I made on time payments. All they needed was a credit/debit card, social security, and my FSA ID number. I gave him all of that, charging me {$240.00} for the first for months and then {$30.00} a month after that.
