Consumer Complaint: I made a payment through a verified checking account. The payment posted. 5 days later, I received an email stating that the payment had been returned code XXXX account or wrong name on account. I asked the bank to verify the name and account number that they submitted in which I received no reply. Returns can not be issued to a closed account as closed accounts are not open for credits or deposits. I called the company to inquire as to why the payment was returned. I spoke with a XXXX and asked for a full transaction audit history, not an account summary. I received no reply in 30 day. I then wrote the company a letter asking to validate the debt through a full transaction audit and emailed to the companies provided email address. I received an automated reply that the address was not monitored. I emailed the letter to a different company email. I received an automated reply stating that if I needed further assistance to contact customer service to assist further. I emailed the letter for a XXXX time.I am seeking validation of debt through a full transaction audit.
