On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX Portfolio Recovery ignored this request and contact me via phone which they were not allowed to do. Portfolio Recovery has violated FCRA and I demand they stop contacting me regarding a debt I do not owe. This debt is not valid and they continue to contact me even after they have been told not to.
