Consumer Complaint: Hello, Included in this complaint are two escrow statements I have received from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Although taken from consecutive months, there is clearly a discrepancy of {$1100.00}.
There may be a reasonable response to this, however, I have been unable to receive any response on this matter from XXXX XXXX. I first contacted them about it on XXXX XXXX ( through e-mail ). I have sent them multiple e-mail requests since then but have received no response concerning the discrepancy. I have, however received one ” read receipt ” from an e-mail I sent on XXXX XXXX indicating that the e-mail was read on XXXX XXXX. Despite requesting read receipts on previous e-mails, I received no indication that any of my other requests ( before or after ) concerning this matter were even read.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
