I told him I could pay in a few weeks he told me NO that won ; t do and writing bad checks is against the law and I would be arrested. I said well arrest me then and hung up. I called him back paniced and said if I pay next thursday would that be ok he said yes and he would stop the sheriff from coming to my house. I am XXXX and told someone who cares for me about this and she said, what he did was not legal. He had left a message on my phone impersonating a lawyer saying coscto had called his FIRM and retained him. I still have that tape.
