Consumer Complaint: Response from SETERUS to complaint number XXXX was not satisfactory they need to supply proof as requested in my complaint number.
Summary judgment was not granted and there is a counter suit against SETERUS for filing a fraudulent complaint.
SETERUS is in possession of a fraudulent Note. Their Note is missing my Social Security number.

XXXX never lawfully filed foreclosure are in violation of TILA, FDCPA, FCRA.
They are guilty of mortgage fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, identity theft, forgery of my signature, harassment and invasion of privacy.

XXXX XXXX XXXX was sued by the FED ‘s for deficiencies with these same documents used in this case. So these documents should have never be used in another foreclosure. You are next SETERUS and this time I pray someone goes to jail.

SETERUS must Stop opening accounts and taking out loans in my name without my knowledge and consent. They are guilty of identity theft.

XXXX XXXX XXXX your name will be added to the lawsuit for perpetuating the fraud. You are not the boss of me so do not tell me what to do. You speak to your attorney. In litigation is not an answer and has nothing to do with reporting SETERUS for debt fraud.

SETERUS have no credibility and they owe me now for stealing my identity and other fraudulent activities. So SETERUS should Pay up or shut up!
