Consumer Complaint: I kept getting preapproved offers through mail and email. It was based on my credit. I applied for XXXX dollars on XX/XX/XXXX. My payments were {$200.00} monthly, at an annual percentage rate of 32.77 % for 36 months. I needed it for emergency cost for my XXXX year old so I took it. I were making my payments and paid a total of 7 to 8 payments. I ran into hardship and needed a better payment plan so I wouldnt get further behind. I called and was told that a payment wasnt an option. I sent emails but no response and I still owe XXXX. I dont know when it was charged but it is now. My last received payment to them was XX/XX/XXXX. Principal paid on the loan is {$800.00}.
