Consumer Complaint: This account was removed and proven to not be mine in XXXX of XXXX and it all of a sudden re-appeared XXXX XXXX. The first time the company was n’t able to provide me with any type of legally accepted validation of such debt, my personal information was even incorrect. When I asked for validation AGAIN in XXXX of XXXX, all I received was bills with an address I never lived at, no signatures or anything that constitutes legal validation in accordance to FCRA rules.
