Consumer Complaint: X/XX/2017 XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a couple of bills to credit Credit management Company located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pa XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX.
I disputed The debt collection due to XXXX XXXX never submitting claims to both of my medical insurance with XXXX XXXX and XXXX. They removed them from collections in XX/XX/XXXX and sent to be paid. Once again they sent straight to collections without even a phone call or letter for me to dispute or even set up a payment plan. I noticed it still shows the original date of collections filed XXXX XXXX/2017. But that was canceled and removed so the bills can be sent for processing. Once completed with the claims processing and payment to XXXX XXXX this would start over from XX/XX/XXXX as month 1. I contacted XXXX and once again claim it filed. I keep being advised from management co the original creditor have to remove from collections and was responsible to advise of the collection. I have not received anything from either parties after claims were submitted in XXXX 2017.
Shows a balance of {$420.00} Re filed XXXX XXXX, 2017 not four months ago. This is a fraudulent charge
