Consumer Complaint: I have made several attempts on my own to reach a understanding of the additional fees accumulating on my account and was unsuccessful. In XX/XX/XXXX, I asked an attorney to assist with reaching a resolution. The attorney sent a letter and was able to get a full detailed record of the account in XX/XX/XXXX but was unable to get a response to the request to explain the fees, which was the original request. The attorney representing me was referred to a attorney at XXXX XXXX XXXX and she was told they have only two attorney ‘s and they would get back to my representative as soon as they can. As of today, my attorney has followed-up with several phone calls and no return call or letter response received. I would like to reach a resolution for this account but unable to get answers from anyone. Its been more than six months and we have not been able to talk to someone.
