Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX discharged this debt almost 10 years ago and I periodically get these notices from XXXX XXXX requesting money. Who is this money going to go to since it has been erased by the credit card company. The XXXX is predatory and is untruthful stating this is still owed. The amount is for {$35000.00}. I am not paying this as it was not owed to XXXX. They are being predatory and are sending me collection letters 10 years after absolution of the debt. They intimate that they will ruin my future if this is not paid. It is threatening and predatory to state this.
