Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, a XXXX XXXX from Fair Collections and Outsourcing called my phone # of XXXX and divulged to an unauthorized 3rd party that I owe a debt. Thereafter, this person also called my work and left a voicemail at my extension stating that there is debt owed. This, I beleive, is considered as unfair practice.

On XX/XX/XXXX, the same person called XXXX six times which constitutes harassment.

Secondly, i have not received any invoice or debt validation showing the breakdown of the amount of {$7400.00} that they are saying that i owe. i also would like to request for a copy of the contract.
