Consumer Complaint: My medical bill is actually from federal workmens comp personal injury with XXXX XXXX
So the collector sued me and my husband but we never got the summon. I had to go down to clerk downtown and get copies of of declaration of service and funny they said we my husb and i accepted its XX/XX/2016 at XXXX XXXX.. a Monday.. well only the dogs are home at that time of day. also its my debt. For my personal injury. Why are they suing my husband. I have insurance with VA. And we also have his. I sign the paper that i will be responsible for the bill. Also, the same bill is Also being mitigated in superior court for XXXX.
It has been there for a while. So in the end the collectors will get 2 payments! They wont work with me either to pay it off.. and since i am XXXX XXXX XXXX cuz of my XXXX from the service. This XXXX started yelling at me and calling me rude and he said he will flag all my calls because i am just wasting their time.
