Consumer Complaint: I have had a loan with ACS loan company which should now be Conduent? I have tried contacting them and their website service for logging in but it has been unavailable for a long time now. I have had an automatic payment with them for the last 5 years and have paid on time for every payment. This last payment did not go through and I can not get ahold of them. I gave them my SSN but their automated response is that I do n’t have an account with them. I want to pay but I do not know what to do!
