Consumer Complaint Submission

Consumer Statement:

I did a monthly payment plan with clearing solutions …I was told that I would only pay half of my debt with these payments and they would handle all the disputes and negotiating with the companies I owed money to.

I had three companies I was in collections with. One company wanted to sue me so clearing solutions sent me the money I paid them for that account and I paid the rest.

2 years later I still have one of my accounts in collections and on my credit report but I’m unable to get ahold of clearing solutions.

My last two accounts are still outstanding and the companies expect it to be paid off yet clearing solutions has yet to do anything they claim to do and now I can’t get ahold of them to get my money back.
