Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX initially was trying to collect on a medical bill that was paid, and they placed a collection on all 3 credit bureaus. All 3 was deleted and they reInserted the line. Again XXXX and XXXX deleted the bogus item. I am enclosing the documents. As for XXXX they will not, even though they are reporting the account as being DELIQUENT as of XX/XX/XXXX …. but the catch here is my XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX. As confirmed by XXXX XXXX, this account wasnt delinquent and the bill wasnt generated until XX/XX/XXXX. So for this medical bill … before my insurance could settle up …. 3 months and 14 days later they are reporting it as a collection account. With the new laws I was under the impression we had up to 6 months to get the situation taken care of because of the insurance companys protocol. Again this is there 2nd time inserting this on my credit file. Please remove this collection asap..!! Thanks in Advance
