Consumer Complaint: Upon reviewing my credit report i noticed an account that is listed under MEDICAL.

Two issues with this situation : 1 ) I was never contacted by the collection agency at my address 3 XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NJ XXXX and/or called by the this agency.

2 ) I have called their office – The number listed on my credit report and explained that I was covered under two medical insurances ( mine and my wife ). The original facility only processed one of the two medical cards for payment hence their was a balance left.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX ) Under hippa my medical information is protected. Where’s the medical release form? Why does a third party collection agency have my information? ARS Account Resolution needs to IMMEDIATELY furnish me with a medical release form or remove this account. I take my privacy and my rights serious.

My expectations : 1 ) I am expecting the negative credit account be removed from both credit reporting agencies.

2 ) They need to give my file back to the original medical facility that needs to properly submit our medical information for payment.

If this matter is not properly resolved after this attempt. I will also be filing a lawsuit against the original creditor that sold this debt and Account Resolution Services as their inability to process the correct paperwork has hurt us financially with a recent car loan.

How can a company submit a negative credit rating for a bill that was mishandled by the original creditor and never even contact me regarding this situation.
