Consumer Complaint: I have sent a letter reaching out to Phoenix Financial Services, LLC about account number on my credit report account number :XXXX asking them to please send me proof of the debt they are asking me to pay.I have asked for validation and proof of original contract that is certified by a notary that it is the original contract with my signature on it .this company did not have my consent to furnish my information to the credit bureau. they did not send me any validation of the debt and I gave them more than 30 days and they have not replayed to me. I have proof of the letter I sent to them asking to please validate the information and also to get the original copy of contract with my signature on it like the law says they have to do. I have also ask them to delete and remove all information that they furnish to all credit bureaus but they didnt and they continued to by updating to the credit bureau under the remarks section that they meet the FCRA. also I have never made a contract with this company and they are claiming that I owe them something. I have not entered into any buiness agreement with them. and just to be clear I did not authorization them to furnish any of my information to anyone. I have also sent them the law that states that they need my authrazation to furnish my information. I have attached the letter I sent to them certified and returned signature. they have also failed to send me validation and its past 30 days.
