Consumer Complaint: I have been sued for two private student loans in XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida. These loans are past the statute of limitations in Florida as they are more than six years past the first payment due date in the notes.

I am a 100 % XXXX XXXX adjudicated since XX/XX/2013. I have had legal representation on all debt since 2013 and XXXX XXXX XXXX was notified of my XXXX and legal representation. It is a violation of the FCRA for these actions to have happened at all without response to or contacting my legal representation.

Additionally the companies have tried to present this as credit card debt and not promissory notes, fraudulently misleading the court.

These actions also violate the consent order by the CFPB and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX case Case XXXX
