Consumer Complaint: For more than 2 months this company has been calling about and placed Collection notices in my credit report for private student loans from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These loans are past the statute of limitations in Florida as they are more than six years old.

Furthermore, I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran adjudicated since XX/XX/2013. I have had legal representation on all debt since XX/XX/2013 and XXXX XXXX XXXX was notified of my XXXX and legal representation. It is a violation of the FCRA for these calls to have happened at all given my legal representation.

Additionally the companies through their acts have tried to illegally reage these loans and they are reporting them as opened 3 months ago when they are past the statute of limitations for debt.

These actions also violate the consent order by the CFPB and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX case Case XXXX
