XXXX placed a lien against my residence in XXXX County, Kentucky for this amount on XX/XX/XXXX, it then caused to have all of my paycheck ( s ) deposited to my XXXX checking withdrawn via unknown garnishment in the amount of {$1300.00}, leaving me without one cent. The debt collection is being handled in an illegal manner, past statute debt to collect, using a third-party debt collector without proper notification, having placed a lien on my residence, then proceeding to garnish all of my funds from my checking account leaving me penniless. I never used Citibank ‘s credit card. I ask that I be reimbursed the monies taken from my account.
