CCS stated that they would mail me a receipt within 8 business days, I never got this letter confirming proof of payment. I called them back today XX/XX/XXXX to have them solve this issue and they have no record of payment. I told them ” I want this off my credit, it’s only {$81.00}, I will even pay again today if you can send me proof of payment via email today so that I can have a receipt which is fair ”. CCS denied to send me proof of payment if I made one today, and denied to accept my payment. How can I resolve this matter if company does NOT provide receipt for future records. Please help, this is only {$81.00} we are talking about, I will pay for a third time all I am asking for is a simple confirmation # or anything that can protect me as a consumer. I can not wait 8 days to get a receipt if I am paying today. hope this makes sense. Thank you
