Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX time share has put me into collection with Meridian Financial collection agency for over 1k. I purchased the time share in XX/XX/2004 and haven’t used it in approximately 8 years or longer. I requested to end my contract and was never contacted or notified. Now Merdian collection agency has 4 open accounts on my credit score. No contract can be perpetual without an option to close it out if I’m not using the services.
