Consumer Complaint: A response came back from MNET through CFPB. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
*I didn’t ask for validation in my complaint.
*I asked that the account be deleted in light of the fact that the company failed to validate the account and kept persevering with collection activity despite it. Hence, once again in light of this company ‘s violation of the FDCPA Sec 809, which gives me the right to pursue this matter in court, I am demanding that the account be deleted or I will pursue this company for the violation
