*I didn’t ask for validation in my complaint.
*I asked that the account be deleted in light of the fact that the company failed to validate the account and kept persevering with collection activity despite it. Hence, once again in light of this company ‘s violation of the FDCPA Sec 809, which gives me the right to pursue this matter in court, I am demanding that the account be deleted or I will pursue this company for the violation
