Consumer Complaint: XXXX/XXXX XXXX transferred a mortgage that had been paid in full and released a XX/XX/XXXX mortgage with countywide that had already been released. We continued to pay Ocwen under threat of foreclosure until they released a XX/XX/XXXX mortgage that was also released twice. Now we are transferred to XXXX also under threat of foreclosure for a brand new loan no one ever gave us.

1. They are collecting {$8700.00} for {$6900.00} Taxes and insurance 2. In XX/XX/XXXX there was a new loan set up that no one gave us and charged us a {$450.00} late fee.

The only explanation is that the loan started over. – what does this mean? What is this loan?
