Consumer Complaint: I asked for a ‘Hearing ‘ and they made a determination without including me in the ‘Hearing ‘ itself. They are adding all sorts of late fees and other charges to this account which I feel is fraudulent. I sent this company documentation which they didn’t receive even half of what i sent, which i sent to them via XXXX XXXX and I have a record of this. Is there no statue of limitations on a student loan which I got absolutely NOTHING out of but more bad credit and threats. This story goes on and would like to start from the beginning but will wait for response first.
