Consumer Complaint: I have called the company listed on the credit bureau and they either dont answer, Im transferred to an agent that hangs up on me, they havent disclosed the origination of the debt, and repeated attempts and based on the amount lead me to believe it is an old debt that was either paid by insurance for healthcare or it was discharged in bankruptcy. The dates and times of calls along with the creditor details are below. It has been reported on my credit for over three years and it continues to accrue interest and negatively impact my credit. Ive even offered to pay it and was hung up on.

Grant & Weber XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX – called – answered then transferred to busy signal XX/XX/XXXX – XXXX. Called – spoke to a lady transferred and no answer. Called back and office was closed.
XX/XX/XXXX – XXXX. Called. Spoke with XXXX who stated he was the only one to speak with and when I asked about the debt and requested documentation of the debt he hung up.
XX/XX/XXXX. Called. Answered then busy tone. Called back and it rang without and answer. Called back again and office was closed.
XX/XX/XXXX. Office closed XX/XX/XXXX. No answer.
XX/XX/XXXX. Left voice message. No call back, ever.
XX/XX/XXXX. No answer.
XX/XX/XXXX. Called and spoke with a nice lady. She looked me up and stated there was an agent to handle it. Transferred and spoke briefly with a guy who was extremely rude when I asked about details of the debt. I supplied all my contact details and verified who I was – he wouldnt supply details other than it was for a hospital visit and it was definitely owed. Needed to be handled immediately or court action would ensue. Then hung up. Called back – no answer.
