Consumer Complaint: Mariner Finance has reported to credit bureau that I owe a debt in the amount of {$2200.00} on an old account. However, I have never signed a contract, applied for or had any type of loans with the company Mariner.
Previously I attempted to resolve this inaccurate and misrepresentation of my financial obligation with no success. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not been able to provide legal documentation holding me accountable for the debt reporting to my credit file. This false representation has put a burden on my credit worthiness and I am demanding that it be removed as it violates my consumer rights.
