Consumer Complaint: A utility bill was placed in my name fraudulently. I spoke with company representatives several times over course of few weeks. This was about between XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. Eventually they ask me to pay debt, {$100.00}, and they would notify gas company and then remove collection from my credit files. But after I did, the supervisor did not honor this promise and was rude about it. They did nothing to rectify situation even after debt was now paid and refused to remove collection, which I told them was not mine. I have been disputing this information for a long time now with the credit bureaus but the collection company just keep updating it.
