Consumer Complaint: This account was sold to collection agency against Hipaa violation. Account was sold for {$6000.00} and got a call about trying to be sued. I have not signed or received any paperwork from company. Synchrony Bank and XXXX XXXX have went against the Hipaa law. Now I get a letter about wage garnishment but yet to receive proper paperwork. This is unethical of this company to sue without summoning myself with proper documentation.
