Consumer Complaint: There were multiple issues with this company. To start they called me at work. You can say my place of employment is one that would be considered unusual or inconvenient by the FDCPA because we answer emergency medical calls on the line they called. When I picked up the phone they said they were a law office trying to keep me from going to court to put a lien on my car. They also said they mailed something to my address ( my correct address ) and it was returned. I’m not sure why this one piece of mail is returned but nothing else has ever had problems. The debt they are coming after me on is well over the statute of limitations in the state of Ohio, and when I asked what this was for all they could tell me is it was a mastercard. My credit report is clear of any derogatory marks. I have spent the last 3 years monitoring my credit closely and taking care of any old debt on it.
