I did not write these checks to XXXX XXXX XXXX. and nor do I live or shop in the city of this store. Additionally, the name used on these fraudulent checks is not my legal name.
I have responded in writing and sent certified mail to XXXX. They continue to harass me with ongoing letters demanding payment in full.
