Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX received documents in mail about court approved payments to be taken out without myself being served to go to court didnt know anything about it until payments was taken out before i received the letter in mail, amount that was owed {$5500.00} and they received that full amount on XX/XX/XXXX instead they continue to go in my checks and the amount they say i owe no is more then the balance that was owed because the car was sold for the amount of {$6500.00} and the total amount of the car was {$10000.00} as of today they still garnishing my check for {$9500.00} i have documents that say different. The actual company said they received their money years ago and that they dont understand why money is still being taken out from my checks and that i should call the Wilson Lawyer company and i havent received a call back still
