Consumer Complaint: I had 5 missed calls from this number. My cousin called back to see who it was and rep mentioned a medical debt concerning my daughter before ever verifying if she had the right person on the line. After verifying the last four of my social the rep told me about the debt and asked if I could settle for 50 % off. I asked when she got the debt and she told me XX/XX/XXXX. I moved to TN and didnt know that this debt was ever in collections and I felt pressured to pay a settlement because she told me she wasnt sure how long the settlement offer would last. I told her I had to call back because I was embarrassed I had to deal with this while my cousin who I just moved in with was with me.
