Consumer Complaint: every week for the past 2 months Penn Credit Corp at XXXX either leaves a message or when call is answered a voice automated teller indicates that we owe a debt of {$74.00} to publishers clearing house. If we are submitting payment via mail press 1, if we can not make entire payment press 2, if we want to currently pay over the phone press 3 to speak to a representative. We have attempted to each prompt and to have our number removed by speaking with a representative and the calls continue. Today XX/XX/18 we pressed 3 to speak again and it is now asking for a pin number to continue the call. In previous calls, it indicated that the amount was going to be removed from our XXXX XXXX account. This is a SCAM. We do not owe money to XXXX XXXX XXXX and want the calls to stop immediately.
