Consumer Complaint: The representatives of XXXX XXXX XXXX have been calling me repeatedly about debt that belongs to my brother and my father.

I am not associated with the debt nor do I have any student loan debt but this is the second attempt to talk to compliance at XXXX and now FAMS where they continue to call me.

It’s causing me an unreasonable amount of anxiety because I am getting repeated calls on my personal cell phone number while I am at work.

The real issue is that they are breaking state and federal laws re practices they are allowed to use to collect debt. I also know they have tried to call other family trying to recover the debt that none of these family members are responsible for.

I actually have XXXX dollars in student debt which makes this situation even worse.

XXXX XXXX XXXX is at XXXX, and I spoke to XXXX XXXX at XXXX.

I’m interested in how to stop this agregious practice period for me and all my family unassociated with this debt.
