Consumer Complaint: Hello, the bank is bank of America ( Boa ).
In 2016, there was more than 50 transaction appear on my credit card result of identity theft, and I contact boa immediately, boa told me that everything was settle down and I am not responsible for this fraud transaction in the total amount of XXXX ( I believed is this amount because I dont have the access to my account since 2016 ), but recently boa told me that the Fraud department has denied this fraud so I have to pay the amount in full. But this account was result of identity theft and all the transaction was from the same company same time similar amount and Boa did not send me any alert or to confimred its made by me. How can this be normal transaction? All transaction was around $ 100-120. End up with the amount {$13000.00}, there should be 100 transcation and boa denied this fraud transcation and saying it s Noramal transcation after 2 years from now. Please really help me with this issue, Thanks
