In addition, Mid South Adjustment has failed to provide any original copies of verification obligating myself to this debt and only has been able to provide a screen shot of a bill. Mid South Adjustment has not been able to provide strict proof of verification, collection efforts must cease and this account should be immediately removed from all three major consumer reporting agencies
