Consumer Complaint: This letter constitutes a formal complaint against Encore Receivable Management Inc. for intent to report inaccurate and incomplete information on my credit report on any bureau. While I do take under consideration that mistakes happen, inaccurate information could cost me higher interest rates as a result of their negligence. Encore does not have my permission to advertise against me on any credit bureau organization.

Furthermore, I hereby deny consent for you ( Encore Receivable Management Inc. ) to contact me in any manner other than by certified letters to my address. Do not call, email, text message, visit my home or contact any of my friends, neighbors, co-workers or family members in an attempt to acquire any type of information on my person. I am also demanding that you delete my account from your records within the next 30 days as I do not have a contract with you. The FCRA requires that a creditor be able to verify the written authorization of the consumer giving the creditor permission to review their credit. If you ( Encore Receivable Management Inc. ) can provide a copy of a credit application authorizing the disclosure of my credit files with my wet signature on it, only then will I accept your inquiry. Otherwise you will have to remove any negative remarks made on my credit files.

This dispute letter is being sent in the allotted 30-day timeframe as specified in your initial contact letter. You now have 30 days to comply with your proof of claim and gather any evidence, including any signed wet signature contracts between both parties and/or any court order expedited against me. You must present me with certified copies of each ( if any ) of those documents exist. If you do not contact me within the next 30 days I will assume all my demands have been met. Should there be any questions on procedure please refer to the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
