Consumer Complaint: They are attempting to collect a debt for amounts not owed. They advise me that the bill is incorrect and acknowledged it themselves. they advised me that a final bill hasn’t even been produced by XXXX but are trying to collect amounts that are not owed. and when a credit is due. so they are collecting a amounts not owed and they state that they can not follow dispute with XXXX ‘s even though they now have the account and the account was only the deactivated on XX/XX/XXXX but it’s already in collections.so I want them to cease and desist all collection actions. I want the collection sent back to XXXX these amounts are not owed. I will pay for the days of service are utilized but they refused to take payment for that as well so this that is no longer owed and they need to not add this to my collections otherwise I will file Suit for a {$1000.00} for every violation as well I’ll Sue for violation of the debt collection act they refuse to take payment and they admitted themselves these amounts are not own.
