Consumer Complaint: I am receiving calls from NAVIENT that are harassing and occur nearly every hour of the day. I must state that I have never had nor do I now have a student loan of any type in my entire life. That statement holds true for my wife as well. This ror-call will not allow me the option of talking to a representative to try and settle this harassment issue as they assume they have the right person merely by virtue of their call. This harassment has disrupted my family time, taken up space on my voice mail, and the number given XXXX will not allow me to proceed to a conversation with a live person. Again, I do ot possess a student loan. I have never even applied for a student loan. I want the phone calls to cease and desist immediately. I believe that this is a case of mistaken identity created by the shoddy investigative practices of a less than credible agency.
